Eatology was born from a shared dream between Tatiana and Rodrigo, two Argentinians united by a passion for traveling, discovering flavors, and creating places where people feel good.
The journey began with Puerto Cristal , a restaurant that brought the family's heritage of Mediterranean cuisine and a love of traditional rice dishes, meats, and flavors to Málaga. It was the starting point, the root from which everything began to grow.
Then came Tatanegro , in front of the majestic Cathedral, a vibrant and urban space that united the Mediterranean with the American, reflecting our own history and desire to innovate.
Later, Niccia was born, the most sophisticated approach: a look at the Mediterranean from Italy, with premium products, a modern atmosphere, and an experience carefully curated in every detail.
And this is just part of the journey. Because Eatology continues to move forward, with new projects on the way, always faithful to the same philosophy: sincere hospitality, respect for the product, and the conviction that the table is a place of encounter.
So we continue writing this story, step by step, restaurant by restaurant, with the certainty that the best is yet to come.
